Description

The Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at NCCU is designed to provide students with a comprehensive foundation in nutrition science, dietetics, and food service management. As an accredited Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD), it prepares graduates for supervised practice programs, which are prerequisites for becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). The program emphasizes evidence-based practice, cultural competence, and community engagement, equipping students to promote health and wellness across diverse populations
