Trigger Point Acupuncture: Acupuncture Informed Dry Needling is a 3-day, hands on, live-classroom clinical training in acupuncture and dry needling techniques, designed by Dr. Jim Ventresca to complement our chiropractic acupuncture certification, and offered through our partner AcuPractice Seminars. Course Curriculum
This 104-hour Chiropractic Acupuncture program, is comprehensive, sequenced, and succinct. It combines clinical theories, acupoints, meridians, and both traditional and contemporary dry needling techniques. Audio-visual lectures, video demonstrations, and self-paced in-depth study, prepare doctors to integrate safe and effective acupuncture, into practice. Our Certification Course is accepted by many states as either complete or partial training in Chiropractic Acupuncture. Chiropractors may practice Acupuncture in thirty US states and the District of Columbia, as well as a number of other locations around the globe. (See the table below for program acceptance by state) ) Chiropractic Students may accumulate hours in our online Acupuncture Certification Program but need to review the chart below to ensure the hours are acceptable in state(s) they may become licensed in. The National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE) offers a certification examination to identify qualified specialists in chiropractic acupuncture. Our Acupuncture Certification Program prepares and qualifies Doctors of Chiropractic to sit for this exam. We recommend all Chiropractors who complete our certification program sit for the NBCE`s Acupuncture exam.
