The Health and Wellness Coaching Diploma program is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to coach clients towards achieving their health goals. The curriculum emphasizes: Best practices in health and wellness coaching. Understanding behaviour change and its impact on well-being. Developing practical skills to motivate clients for lasting lifestyle changes. The program is approved by the Health Coach Alliance for the Registered Health Coach (RHC) designation.
