The GCPD is an ACEND-accredited program that combines graduate education with the required coursework and supervised practice to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). Students engage in interdisciplinary learning, focusing on both clinical and public health nutrition, and complete rotations in various settings, including hospitals, community organizations, and food service facilities.
The GCPD integrates graduate coursework with supervised practice experiences. Students pursue either an MS or MPH degree alongside the GCPD.
