This interdisciplinary online master's program prepares students to integrate and apply nutrition and dietetics principles across various domains, including biomedical sciences, human behavior, and program management. The curriculum is designed to develop critical thinking and research skills, enabling graduates to lead effective food and nutrition programs.
Core Courses (9 credit hours): Statistics – Introduction to descriptive and inferential statistics. Research Methods – Focus on research processes and methodologies in dietetics.
