The Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching program is designed to equip health professionals and wellness coaches with practical skills to guide clients toward sustainable lifestyle changes. Through a comprehensive curriculum and expert instruction from Harvard Medical School faculty, participants will learn to apply evidence-based strategies to promote holistic health and well-being.
Participants will: Explore the Foundational Lifestyle Pyramid, a framework developed by Dr. Beth Frates, through practical tools and activities. Integrate the six pillars of lifestyle medicine into coaching practices to effectively promote healthy behaviors. Develop skills to build rapport and support clients during challenging circumstances. Learn strategies to help clients maintain healthy lifestyles amidst stress and life disruptions. Gain insights into fostering resilience and rebuilding client relationships through expert interviews. Access resources to navigate the evolving wellness landscape and create a personalized lifestyle coaching journal.
