The MSLS program integrates evidence-based lifestyle medicine with health and wellness coaching competencies. It prepares students to: Apply lifestyle interventions to prevent and manage chronic diseases. Utilize coaching techniques like motivational interviewing and goal setting. Enhance communication and health literacy among diverse populations. Collaborate within interprofessional health care teams.
