The MS in Nutrition and Dietetics program at GCU includes: Core Coursework: Advanced nutrition science, medical nutrition therapy, public health nutrition, foodservice systems management, and research methods. Capstone Course: NSC 695: Capstone in Nutrition and Dietetics, requiring students to apply evidence-based practice through hands-on experiential learning. Students must complete 250 hours of in-person experiential learning at their capstone site.
