Description

UCM's Master of Science in Nutrition – Clinical Nutrition Option is an ACEND-accredited program based on the Future Education Model (FEM). It combines rigorous online coursework with hands-on supervised experiential learning (SEL) in clinical, community, and food service settings. The program is designed to be completed in 18 months, providing students with the knowledge and practical experience necessary to become competent Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs).

Total Credit Hours: 43 Didactic Coursework: 30 credits Nutrition Across the Lifespan Dietary Supplements Nutrition Education and Counseling Practical Applications in Nutrition Research Supervised Experiential Learning (SEL): 10 credits Clinical Nutrition Community Nutrition Food Service Management Capstone Project: 3 credits Research in nutrition/dietetics or a chosen area of interest
