The MNDGP is an ACEND-accredited program that combines rigorous academic coursework with extensive supervised experiential learning. It is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to become competent entry-level RDNs. The program emphasizes evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and interprofessional collaboration. Students benefit from scheduled rotations in diverse settings, including hospitals, community programs, and foodservice operations. The curriculum is structured to meet the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) requirements, ensuring eligibility to sit for the RDN credentialing exam upon completion.
