The curriculum encompasses: Session 1: Introduction to Wellness Coaching and Brightspace Platform Session 2: Overview of Wellness Coaching Session 3: Mayo Clinic 5-E Model of Wellness Coaching Sessions 4–12: Topics include behavior change theories, motivational interviewing, stress management, nutrition, physical activity, and self-care strategies. Peer Coaching: Weekly practice sessions with fellow participants. Mentor Coaching: At least three faculty-mentored interactions.
